How did you benefit from working with Boscarino Fitness?
Boscarino Fitness has helped my endurance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. All of these categories play a huge role in baseball and because of Boscarino Fitness I was able to improve my overall functional strength. Being as strong as possible but still having mobility is the key to being in peak physical condition for a pitcher and Boscarino Fitness has helped me get there.
What is the most significant improvement that has resulted from your work with Boscarino Fitness?
The most significant improvement that has resulted from Boscarino Fitness has been my overall functional strength. Boscarino Fitness has improved my ability to perform on the baseball field. We worked extensively on core, shoulders, legs, and back, which are the most important muscles when throwing a baseball. All of the exercises helped improve my rotation power which increased my velocity.
What were the results of working with Boscarino Fitness and what did Boscarino Fitness do to contribute to the outcome?
The biggest result from working with Boscarino Fitness was getting me a free agent sign with the Oakland Athletics. Everything Boscarino Fitness had me do in the weight room got me in the best physical shape I could be in for my tryout with the A’s. Thankfully I was signed to a free agent deal, but that could not have been done without Boscarino Fitness. I thank Mark for getting me ready physically so I could perform my best on the mound.
