In my 23 years in the fitness industry, I have taught group exercise, worked in gym management, have worked one on one with individual clients to achieve specific fitness goals, and continued to educate myself in various fitness disciplines.  I found my calling in personal training, helping individual clients understand their bodies, their potential, and their unique strengths.

 As a father to a very special son who was born with a genetic muscle disease, I have come to a deeper appreciation of movement.  This unique perspective, combined with my education and passion, shapes the way I approach each client. I evaluate each client thoroughly, listen to concerns, and develop a program designed to strengthen weaknesses, overcome injuries, and achieve fitness goals.  And while physical results are the goal, I believe we can and should have some fun in the process. I always strive to make sure you feel better (physically and mentally) when you leave the session, than when you arrived.

My professional certification was earned through the American College of Sports Medicine.  I put my certifications in TRX, Kettle Bells, Animal Flow, ViPR Pro, and Olympic Weight Lifting to use on a daily basis, moving my clients towards their fitness goals.  Join me, and let’s start that journey today!
