How did you benefit from working with Boscarino Fitness?

I have been a long-term long distance runner and worked with Mark for many years on injury prevention, improving overall general strength and fitness and core training, all in support of enhancing running endurance and longevity. Mark's training has undoubtedly resulted in improvements in all of these measures and enabled me to compete relatively injury free for the entire time of our relationship. My overall fitness is likely improved relative to that of 2-3 decades prior.

What is the most significant improvement that has resulted from your work with Boscarino Fitness?

Balanced strength throughout my body that supports the ability to run hard without perpetual muscle-associated injuries. Lean mass maintenance, core development, overall strength development and enhanced flexibility have greatly improved my ability to train/compete hard but stay injury free.

What were the results of working with Boscarino Fitness and what did Boscarino Fitness do to contribute to the outcome?

Holistic fitness improvement that supports running and other athletic endurance.... While Mark utilizes a core set of exercises and training techniques, he continuously supplements this with alternative exercises, programs and techniques that create new "stresses" and enhance fitness complementary to where my body is---this basically leads to a steady and continuous improvement.

Mark has developed and evolved a personalized training program for me completely consistent with my aims and goals and adapted this with time, complementary with my evolving improvement and needs. I have observed him training others, and it is clear that he is capable of being a source of improvement whether you are an elite young athlete or a middle-aged individual that has been sedentary for too long.
